Vector and pixel icons

i've searched for several websites for vector icons tutorials and finally i have chosen 2 of the vector icons which i think they're quite interesting and cute =)

This is the first one that i've done in illustrator =) A magic wand with glowing colours effect, taanaaaa~~ =D

After finishing vector icons then now comes to pixel icons. Spent quite a long time in finishing the pixel icon..pheww.. but still im quite satisfied and happy with the outcome =)

Lesson 4 - 3D button

i learnt about 3D button effect in illustrator and this is my first experiment =)  taanaaaaaa~~~

Then continue creating another 3D button effect applying glow and drop shadow with the letter "J" for my name Jien =)   ~ ding ding ding ding~ =D

Description of myself =)

1) I'm like a plain paper. Ready to be written anything on my body. (ready to absorb new knowledge)

2) I'm like a field of grass. Have a very strong spirit to survive and not easy to retreat although there's strong wind and heavy rain that always try to hit me down.

3) I'm like a rose. Nice to see but don't think that it's nice to hold because it's full of thorns. hehehehe =)

4) I'm like a clown. i will cheer my friends up whenever they feel sad with my cold jokes. =D

5) I'm like a alarm clock. i often work as a reminder among my friends and family.

6) I'm like a rainbow. Always bring hope to people around me whenever they face problem and i always think positivily.


7) I'm like a puppy. I'm quite playful and active sometimes but there's time i'll be emotional and keep silent.

8) I'm like a rubber band. Flexible enough for people to stretch and pull but there's a limit for it, once it reaches the limit, Hehehehe, your hand will be pain pain ohh =P

9) I'm like a tortise. i can't run fast (always got almost the last 2 places in running during school time, but i tried my best haha XD)

10) I'm like a cockroach. i love to eat =D always called  as "bandar raya" by my family. Any food which is nice and attractive, i would grab them all into my tummy XD hehe
